Well, couldn't possibly be because of so many sites out there abusing the system both on adwords side (MFAAs paying cents) and publishers trying to screw with google. Your rant should be against all the people taking advantage of the system and putting out crap sites with content stolen from other people. People trying to make a quick buck and put no effort into it. There is where the true evil dwells.
