    Once you will achieve the targeted keywords on first position, you just need to keep track of your rankings. If they go down then start working on them again. In low competition keywords you need to do less work. Make sure that if you are targeting highly competitive keywords then, its ongoing process. One good thing is to keep on updating your website with content. Good way to do is integrate wordpress blog to your website.
