Once banned how long will it take to apply for Google adsense again?

 

Um, you're not SUPPOSED to apply again. That's why it's called "ban" and not "suspension".

 

I think you are banned for life, there is no going back with the same name.

i believe its because my adsense ads look a lot like my video (with the rating stars)...thats the only way I can think of being banned.

If i sign up with another name and address but using the same web address will it still work?

 

You don't get it. You can apply again all you want, use your friend's name, your mom's name, your sister in India's name. But EVENTUALLY they will find out you are the same person that they banned before, and they will just ban you again, and all those months you spent building up your Adsense earnings will be for naught.

Learn your lesson and move on to something else. You made a mistake; you got caught. Instead of trying to get around the consequences of your actions, learn from it and grow as a human being.

 

No. I don't think you can use that same web address. They probably already flagged your website as being banned.

 

... and your content, they are big brother's online helper after all.

 

You can apply whenever you want..you would get approved again, but only to get banned again.
Once you are banned, you are banned for life.

 

I was once suspended and got out of it. Don't accept it if you think it was undeserving. Talk to them and usually you can work it out.

 

If you were banned and then denied reinstatement on appeal, you are out of Adsense forever. As others have said, if you apply with another name, address, etc., Google will find out, ban you again, and keep any money you have made.

You could try Yahoo or some other service to monetize your site.
