Once again, Paypal limits my account!

Once again, paypal limits my acount, not from my own doings but from a customer of mine, he sent me a payment (using bank account funds) during the stages of adding his bank account and verifying it, as a result of this, my online business has to suffer, a total of 18 chargebacks had taken place, which immediatley alerted me as this will result in sellers spamming my inbox with the same stuff.

The one thing i do not understand is why my paypal account was limited when i had not commited any offence or breach of their TOS.

has anyone else had this sort of experience?
if so, please let me know what you did to resolve it all.

    Thanks for reading,

Just give them (paypal) a phone call and sort out your problem quickly.

    DON.

Or may be this is their routine check out program. I will propose you to make a phone call and ask them to clear it. After due verification the limitation will over soon.

18 chargebacks are valid enough reasons for PayPal or any payment processor to limit or suspend the account, Chargeback might not cost you anything but this does to the payment processor like PayPal, You need to explain them and try to accept payments from verified users, Trying looking at the method used by scriptlance.com ......

Once you try to make a payment to them via paypal, They first send a confirmation mail to the official email address of the PayPal account holder in which the account holder have to click on the link to confirm if he has done the transaction.

One thing about not breaching the Paypal TOS:

Just reading the Paypal TOS looks like to me like you forfeit
most all of your rights anyway.

There are plenty of others to choose from, such as 2Checkout,
    Xoom, etc.

I hope you get your money !

Don't give out your Paypal ID or Order Links to your customers freely until you completed your due diligence on each and every one of your customers and are satisified of their integrity and credibility. Paypal offers the lowest fees in the market ass they cut down on the task of checking up on your customers and you would need to do that yourself.

When you get money from people you have not authorized to pay you, refund the money right away so that you would not get chargeback claims on you and that may end up with you paying chargeback fees and have any payment processor cut ties with you. A vendor which has a lot of chargebacks would reduce paypal's credibility and good standing with their banks.
