I have not exactly undersood on what basis google pays? I have read so many FAQs on this aspect but I have been still unclear about the paying policy? How many times a advertisement should be clicked to earn 1 US Dollar? It happens that I can see many clicks at one time but earning little and sometimes some few clicks but relatively earning high? I am confused.

I can advice you to go arround the AdSense forum and read what has been already discussed, this has already been covered. There are Ads that are worth more when they are clicked and there are ads that are worth less when they are clicked (for example the ads from the top of a vertical ad sky-scraper block is worth the most if clicked and as you go down it is worth less at click)

I hope this give you a very small intro into clarifying your confusion, if you have more questions after reading arround the AdSense forum I would be glad to answer.

    Regards

There is no way of knowing how long it will take you to make $1. A click on one ad could earn you more than $2 whilst many clicks might only earn $0.20.
