I have a 1 year old, high quality, family friendly, question/answer/tip site: http://www.Community-Knowledge.com I'm seeking responsible members that will help our online community continue to grow and expand. When you answer a question or post a tip on Community Knowledge, you get a free, do-follow link to your site from that page. Your site must be family friendly, and your answers/tips must be legitimate, helpful, and family friendly. Unhelpful or short posts simply meant to advertise a site are quickly deleted. If you answer questions or place tips related to the subject of your website, you are building relative links to your site. We also have an adsense ad-sharing program. Hope to see you there, Chris
Gonna try this out, love helping out in my niches. Do the questions/answers appear on the same page? and the link as well?
Hi, I would like to contribute for Financial Aid category. I do have sites for Debt settlement (helps people to get out of debt), we also deal with mortgage refinance and loan modification services, we also provides free tax debt help for those who have IRS debt issues, we provides free help for Bankruptcy only and also provide finance for all credit situation people to buy a new or a used cars. I will answers them with this niche, will post few tips related to particular topic. Let me know to start. Please contact me at REgards,
Thanks Chris. I joined and will post questions or answer questions from time to time. Have you thought about adding a date field to questions and answers?
Thank you all Albemarle24, Jason830, thank you for joining and contributing! Excellent answers. A date field is forthcoming. Honestly, I've been working on getting it busier before adding that, but the info is being stored and I will be putting dates/times on posts in the near future. nekoniku, yes, questions, answers, link, are all on the same page. sapanbhatt, will email you shortly. Along with the dates, another improvement I am working on is to move from a 'best answer' selected by the questioner, to a 'most useful' or 'thanks' voting system, with the person with the most thanks for that thread getting the adshare, though I think most contributing webmasters appreciate the backlink and direct traffic more than the adshare. It's a good community, I'm quite proud of the quality of our members. Glad ya'll have joined! Chris
Thanks for the heads up about yoru site Chris, I love answering questions about education and careers, so this is a fun way to earn links. I signed up as rndegrees and am already enjoying answering some user questions. BTW, under Education & References in your nav links, you have financial aid spelled wrong.
Signed up as dude xyx. I like answering questions about net, photography, pets, Computer, books and bunch of more categories. Do you have category for cameras ?
Chris As your project grows, perhaps there could be some method for a user to have multiple options for including a link. Some of us have more than one area of interest and it would be nice if we could choose which link was shown in our posts so that users would see a link that was relevant to the post. In other words if we have several sites, we could choose a link to include in a post that was of interest and possibly beneficial to the readers. Of course like so many other aspects of the web, I could see where doing this might invite abuse.
Hi Christopher, do you have to take actions acivate the backlinks? I replied to two questions and can't see the link. Cheers!
Now I found my link. It seems to be reviewed before becoming active. But mine just didn't work. I put "www...." and your system added "community-knowledge..." in front of that in the address. Now I added the "http://" and hope your system will like that better and it seems that the new address has to be activated again. Cheers, Dominique
The community seems to be growing and the questions/answers are very well done. This site should become very popular.
Thank you all for the great support! Albemarie24, took me longer than expected to code it, but a system to add additional links and select which one to use on what post is now available Still tweaking it a bit. Dominique, Instantpage - yes, all links are reviewed. The goal is to have a family friendly, high quality, question/answer/tip site. It takes more work, but I don't want it to disintegrate into something that is filled with spam, teen angst and 'could I be pregnant' questions like so many of these site do. Therefor I do monitor everything and I'm a bit of an ogre when it comes to moderating. I am all caught up on site approvals, you should have received an email on the status. If you didn't get that for some reason, check your Community Knowledge profile. Bluearrow - yes, camera category is under 'Electronics', and a photography category is under 'More'. Thanks again everybody! Chris
