Pls tell me the best way to learn on site optimisation and also tell me wt things come under on site....and from where to learn this

SEO ON-page : This mean for everything and all elements under your control. ie. design / coding / css / content / H1 - H6 / Bold / Strong / Underline / Images / ALT Tag / Title Tag

SEO Off-page : This mean factors that you can both control and cannot control over them.
