Hey! So I am thinking about this for a marketing idea. Im trying to market a condo and part of my plan is to write articles that link back to the website. Would it be good to also create a wordpress blog on the website possibly for testimonials and news where I could post these articles first before posting them to the main article websites? I figured it would be good because I could then go for niche keywords within the articles only on the onsite ones have internal links to pages on the main website instead of links to the blog? The confusing part is how I should map this... Do I link back from the articles posted around the web to the blog or the website? Any help would be much apreciated.
is it a one time sale or a business? It sounds like a very ineffective (slow and little visits) way to promote one time sale. You can probbaly get much better results with adwords targeting your local area or free classifieds
we are looking to rent it out. Hoping to get new customers for lots of short time (expensive) stays. So I'm basically tryingto get it ranked top ten on google for the main keywords like condos in (placename) as well as lots of niche like the nicest condo in (placename) etc. Does this sound like a good idea or am I missing out on anything such as pay per click advertising?
See I was thinking the blog could be full of people writing about their holiday experiences(me writing to look like other people). So I could get a load of the niche keywords in there. Im just confused as to where I should be targeting my links back to the website in the articles i post to the directories as well as the social bookmarking links etc. SHould they link back to the blog page and then each blog story have a link to our main hotel page or should the external links all link to the main url and just have a link to our blog on the main site for search engines to find through that? If this is even a good idea.
makes more sense then. But then your rather need a professionally looking site (like if you were an apartment rental company), rather than "Joe's blog"
They already have a very professional site but its in a competitive market so im thinking of the best ways to market it. I thought a supplemental blog would be of great use?
