On page text or through Blog

My website is a lead generation website. I have over 50 categories I provide leads for. So I have 50 quote pages where users can submit information about the service they require and get quotes for the work.
The thing is, for SEO I realise the importance of having text on web pages. So what I have done is write 3 paragraphs of text to go on every quote page; e.g. http://www.fourquotes.co.uk/bookkeeper
Now, the thing is, with all this text on the page it makes the quote page look ugly and I would prefer not having it.

I have a blog on the site, and I was wondering, if I just move all that text to the blog and put a backlink to the quote page would it count the same for SEO purposes or does it need to actually be on the page?

It actually needs to be on the page. Push the content to the bottom after your lead gen form. That should make it more usable.
