Hello Friends,Should I use use alt tags and H tags in www.ideazlab.com/. I need your expertize suggestions please. Moreover, Can I use alt tags in the footer where clients images are placed.

the H1 and H2 tags are highly important – Why? They show the search engine the main subjects and Table of Contents for the content to be indexed. Make these keyword friendly and reflective of your page’s title tag.

Yes definetly you can use alternate tag for your site as google can't crawl image. We use alt tag for images to show google that image contains some relevant matter which shows images meaning. Alt tag contains text which shows attribute for images.

 

Surely You must use Alt tag for mentioned in the website, because Images can be index in Google ( Google doesn't read image ). Header Tags can be use from H1.. H6. Use target keywords H1 Tags to get SERP result. Header tags help us bring website in search result pages.
