Remember if you are getting into SEO you should know how to at least do the research first and learn the techniques.

 

You can also search the phrase "on site seo tips" in google and find many quality information on this.

 

The most important things if you ask me are these:

The title - it must include your keywords, and they must be at the begining of the title. It shoud not be too long also.
The text - it also must include your keywords, maybe 1-2 or 3 times in a paragraph.
The anchor text - this is the text in the links, it must contain your keywords.

Do not overdo these things

 

You say that Tittle must be your keyword ,and description same

 

you should learn first google guide lines for website optimization after you can start easily promotion work...

There are many resources on how to get started with on page SEO, few are:

1. Text-based and user-friendly navigation with keywords in links
2. Write at least 350+ words per page "keyword optimized content"
3. Use ALT tag properly with keywords (avoid keyword stuffing) and DON'Tt use so many images.
4. Good internal linking structure
5. Use keywords in h1 & h2 tags (don't use so many headings in a single page)
6. Sitemap (HTML & XML)

And there are lots of more tips, just Google "onpage SEO tips" and you will get thousands of pages...
