For the best result about your SEO method, its recommended to use balance of your SEO strategy ( off pages and on pages ). Why? Because we don't know more about Google algorithm. Its very important to know, what the Google need about site ranking.

on-page wise things look pretty good. you have text on here which is great so when i switch off javascript i can still see your content. that always helps because google crawls websites without javascript (sometimes). you can possibly add a little more introductory text content but its optional. the URL's look friendly which is always a good start. you have a well developed blog too. on-page for now is fine things will have to change from time to time but for i'd concentrate on off-page for now until then

 

For On page SEO, the Keyword should used in H1,bold,italic,underlined, interlinking...this will get optimize easily
