    • Write great content that is engaging and useful, as Google's new algorithms focus on user experience.
    • Organize your content using bullets and other formatting, so it is easy for the user to absorb and it would enhance user experience.
    • Add relevant alt tags to your images.
    • Optimize your meta-information - the keywords, meta-description and the meta-title.
    • The meta-description is like your teaser to pull them in when your page appears in the search results. Write a very irresistible one.
    • Use your industry/geography related key words in your meta-title. For e.g., Digital Marketing Services | Orlando
    • Make sure that any canonicalization issues are resolved or Google may mistake them for duplicate content.
    • Make sure to use XML format so search engines can find inner pages.

    While most has been covered already, I did want to add that when building on page links, diversify them. Dont just use "Click Here" Too many people still use this. If you want to focus on linking "how to bake cookies" use that and then mix it up by using alternative text like "bake the best cookies" "cookie baking secrets" Etc. You get the point.

    Theres actually a good formula on how to use anchor text as to what percentages should be actual keywords and how much should be derivitives of those. Once I locate it, Ill share
