Ok i have my site for a while now submited it to directories social bookmarking articles etc ....

i learned a lot from this forum about SEO

I have one request can someone point me to a free pdf book or something that can teach me about on page optimization or is there a forum or something where i can elarn that ... there is a bunch of books on the internet but they are 100+ dollars
