and please don't take it otherwise, but if you're expecting some traffic out of this post then this is a cheap marketing and nothing else. There are hell lot of good posts on On page optimization, so instead of posting your URL you should first review those posts and there are thousands of articles as well on this particular topic to read.

Though I do welcome experts comments on your on page and respect

 

There are duplicate meta tags 'revisit-after' so either remove the duplicate of remove this completely. Further then is no need to mess up the contents using meta keywords tag as there is no value of it all. Also the meta description tag is too long, just reduce it to ~150 chars.

 

Now check Google analytic because Now a days google change his google analytic code system so please create new google analytic code and set manually your county setting..........I hope that is very useful for you.....

 

your meta description tag is too long, also check your text to HTML ratio, try declaring Language in HTML code of each page.
