dear you did not mention what you are asking.either definition or factors.well any way there is a lot of work in off page optimization and I think it play an important role in having the good page rank.Majority of work that really matters is of off page nearly a ratio of 80%off page and 20%on page

Unfortunately Google don't pay too much attention to on-page SEO anymore. For them links is everything (except for content which they still rate the highest). On-page should be considered more important.

 

Basically for web design, have to consider.
