    I am sorry but webceo certification is useless especially what you have Basic Training Course
    in Search Engine Marketing
    At WEB CEO UNIVERSITY

    It is only basic seo. You should prove your abilities with websites not paper. Anyone can get one of those. One of my clients previous 'seo'(who ripped him off) had a webceo certificate.

    And html pages are best for seo. :)
