Nice post.I am not agree with your meta keyword tag point.Actually meta keyword tags are irrelevant now a days.Search engines are not supported it any more.It gives list of your targeted keywords to your competitor very easily.Instead of using meta tag keyword use meta tag description.Use your specific keyword phrase just once within the description tag.
There are far more on page factors than in your list. Regarding the meta keywords, dulcet there are other smaller search engines and directories which still make use of the meta keywords tag. As far as giving away your target keywords to your competitors that point is moot, any SEO worth his salt will be able to figure out your keywords regardless of whether or not you include them in the source code.
