    Hello,

I have a real estate Website and created around 600+ posts about properties for sale, most of them are indexed In Google, But their content is not unique, their content is Duplicated and used with many of other real estate sites in my same country, My question is:

If I want to make all these posts NO Index, will that affect my SEO Results Good Or Bad?

Good: as I removed 100's of non unique duplicate Content from my site?

    or

Bad: If after removing them, effects on my UR Or DR Rating Badly (there are plenty of posts has UR rating)?

Kindly, Advice based on your experience

Tuning down those duplicate posts might help clean up your site, but it could also impact your rankings in the short term since you're removing content that’s been indexed. Just think of it as a fresh start, cleaning house could lead to better results down the line.

I would strongly recommend getting rid of duplicate content pages as soon as possible. And not just those - even pages with technically unique content that’s templated and barely different from dozens of similar ones on your site should be addressed.
If you don’t act in time, there’s a high risk that Google may hit your site with a spam penalty. There’s also a chance that these types of pages will be automatically deindexed. But once enough of them are dropped from the index, your entire site enters a higher-risk zone.
    P.S.
You don’t necessarily have to delete all of them - you can rewrite the content on some pages. Just don’t forget to submit them for reindexing in Search Console, otherwise you might be waiting a very long time.

    Don't remove anything.
    Don't make them noindex.
Open each post and make a rewrite of the same topic, keeping the same URL and title.
10 posts x 60 days, with ChatGPT you can do it easily.
If you have more time, then rewrite more posts daily.
Don't try to make each post 100% unique, 60-70% is ok.
