If you can have quality products, nice and professional design website, privacy policy, terms and condition, return policy and contact details of yours on the website - you should have orders on the same.

On my email commerce sites (see sig) I try to communicate that we're real people someone could, in pinch, talk to.

So, I have a business phone number. An email address. Our real physical address. My name, etc.

I also show a little picture of a couple copies of books I've written, Quicken for Dummies and QuickBooks for Dummies.

My point is appear as something that's obviously NOT a con/scam, etc.

Also, we offer (and reflexively honor) a money back guarantee.

    I think--though I haven't done this yet--that a picture of a real person would also help a lot.
