    How infuriating is it when you are on hold?
    Your call is in a queue.
    We value your custom.
    Your call has advanced in the queue.
    Please hold we value your call.
    On and on and on....GGGRRRRRRRR...
    Gone are the days when could actually talk to some one.

    Yeah Dish Network does that a lot sometimes. Same with Computer techs.

    Yup it stinks. It's too the point where you know you are going to be talking to a computer.

    And in the future these things will only get high tech but it will mean worse service.

    another tip, never hit the star button when asked, they send you to the machine, and never speak when the machine asks, and you get a live person sooner
