the keywords you are targeting are quite competitive. try building backlinks with these keywords as anchor text
use this keywords as anchor text in all place. like in directory submission u can use this keywords as title and rotate title in different directory. in article you can use your keywords as anchor text. and if possible then make url with this keyword. and put your keywords in starting in title, description so google give it high priority rather than other keywords. and put your keywords in H1 tag but use only one H1 tag in one page. add keywords in alt tags and write content with is related with your keywords. but more important is that not use over limit keywords otherwise google may count as keyword stuffing.
It is mot easy to rank on these competitive keywords. You need to work hard in order to get ranked these key phrases on top position. Keep building quality backlinks targeting your keyphrases and gradually you will move to top. There is no other technique except this..

Maybe start with some longer tail keyterms? Have some subpages with similar, but longer tail keyterms as their title tag keeping them relevant. Then link from the sub pages to your main pages, using the competitive terms. Then carry on with te article subs etc the same as everyone else!

Those are very competitive keywords It would take time before you rank on those search terms... I suggest you begin with keywords that have low competition but have average number of searches.

Blog postings with back link to your site is good as long as the blogs from different server IPs. Blog commenting has no value now as most blogs implements rel="nofollow". It's a tough task to rank higher for all of those keywords. I would recommend you to concentrate on one keyphrase.
