Omitted Search Result Filter

    I have recently found one of my sites is included in the omitted search filter on Google. Does anyone know a way out of this hole. If I search with the omitted filter on I am not anywhere in google, but once I search with the omitted things included I am number 6 on google for me keyword. Please help. Thanks!

    Omitted filter (if u call it that) is mostly the result of duplicate content on same website.

    Yes, but someone keeps duplicating my content and there is nothing I can do. I contacted them and the host and they pretty much told me to F off.

    Over time people will copy your content.

    Keep your content fresh and update it as necessary.
