    The repetition of keywords is necessary in this particular posts for these keywords are descriptions oc the links posted there. So, even google will crawl it manually, they could understand...

    I write articles every day and in 10 minutes are indexed and sometimes I get no 1 for certain keywords.
    But this is just temporarily, after a few weeks drops down, this is normal.

    I was under the impression that google blog search worked more on the time something was posted rather than it's overall rank. Meaning the newer the post the higher it will rank, but as it gets a few days old it falls.

    No, it crawls the web and index your page.

    I don't think so... one of my pages was ranked number 3 last February and until now it's moving just one step up/down
