    if he already have the money, you can contact him in yahoo or you can call paypal or go to there website and file a case, dispute and claim so in this way. you will get your money back

    Good to see its been resolved. Sometimes time and patience is all thats needed. Too many people shout scammer without actually trying to solve the issue.
