Omg guys help me :( Got scammed in Paypal money.

I got scammed from trying to exchange , my paypal for someones egold.
I have pictures of our conversation in yahoo , I took print screen.
If I make a DISPUTE in paypal site , do they give me my money back?
cuz I dont think they alow exchanges.
what should I do guys

Too many scams happeing off late. You can dispute the payment.

 

Yeah i have been scammed too. But, things are better with people with high I-traders

 

I filed a dispute against the scammer but it still has not yet been resolved by paypal

 

ok I still have some paypal left in my account , how do I withdraw ? it says to add a card although iv already verified my account , and when I type my cc number it says its wrong :"
You have entered an invalid number or partial credit card or debit card number. Please check your entry and try again."

All you should have to do is withdraw to a bank account or you can request a check for the remaining balance in your PayPal account.

You do know that money exchanges through Paypal is one of the Prohibited Activities according to their AUP.

I believe you can raise a dispute by quoting their AUP https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/gen/ua/use/index_frame-outside .

If you provide sufficient evidences, you should get all involved in the transaction accounts limited.

 

May I know what's the name of the scammer or what is his YM ID? To warn everybody..
