Almost every commuter I know reads it. Not only is it free, but if you're rushing for a train, grabbing a free Metro is much easier than going to the newsagent.

Erm. No. I have nothing to do with that site. If I was do you think I'd have killed the hyperlink in my original post.

I don't think he meant it like that, He's sending green to FCMISC for pointing out the click fraud.

I live down that way and I'd probably lump Croydon in with London so I guess it's an oversight.

    this is actually hilarious.

    and it actually says:
"scroll down and click on the one you like"
    http://www.helpthatpoorguy.com/ad.html

and since he doesnt have google adsense on it, he can go on with this site forever. if one of his advertisers dumps him, he can always find more to affiliate with. sheesh.

That's just stupid, people post lots of links to sites that aren't their own, secondly when he posted the link he was pointing out the click fraud.

Yes, but it doesnt actually have anything that will draw new visitors to the website - its just a bunch of text images and adverts, I can find a million MFA sites that offer the same. Its just a website that got lucky with a newspaper article. Theres nothing innovative, just some lazy bum who wants money for free.

I cant see any google ads on that page? The metro is a crap paper anyway, they tend to be a day out of date with the news.
