omg.. $5.59 on 144 clicks? Terrible...

I just switched to Adsense on my site.
In a day I received 144 clicks averaging LESS than 4 stinking cents per click.

I've never in my life earned so low with adsense. Also, I used to run a similar site that did much, much better.

What do you think the problem is? Could using a different ad size help bring the CPC up? It's so sad.. I think I'd be better off using adbrite!

Use another program, WidgetBucks, Azoogle, Shopping Ads, TTZ Media, etc. That is really bad for 144 clicks.

I don't know the answer, but I've been seeing similar results over the last month. What the hell happened I don't know.

Sorry but recommending programs that don't have proof of good performance yet is not advisable..

    He should go with bidvertiser.

Did Google change something recently in regards to their definition of Invalid Clicks? Seems it may be more common now?

A lot of people have stood by these programs. And unless someone tries them, how are people meant to proove them of good performance ;).

My Adsense is just grim in general now .... ! eCPM has dropped significantly recently ........... seems to be affecting most publishers.

Google needs to fund their huge corporate acquisitions somehow ;)

Could be your traffic source. Low quality traffic pays less.

Invalid Clicks? As in someone clicking an ad 20 times? Seems unlikely though possible..

Thanks swapnil, I've applied for beta testing, though I will keep adsense up for about a week. Hopefully I'll see a significant improvement.

70% of the traffic is coming the U.S. with the rest mostly from the UK and Canada.

Try changing your content to get better ads... also you could filter out some low paying ads
