Well, I will say this. I was beginning to lose faith, but just minutes ago I received a very detailed report/audit from their AdOps department. It breaks down all of 2011's income, month-by-month, alongside the they did of errant impressions. Pretty impressive breakdown.

They say they will wire us most of the money owed on Monday, followed by the rest shortly thereafter.

I guess the proof will be in the pudding, but this looks encouraging.

Good to know there's some progress. Keep us updated. I have called Ology last week, Vivian told me they would send us an update by Friday last week. We haven't received anything yet.

Just received the majority of the funds we were owed via Paypal today. There is still a small amount outstanding but most of what was owed to us has now been paid. It takes a while, but if you can hang in there, Ology is likely going to pay you - at least in our experience.

Lucky you and congrats. They decided to not pay us $19k they owe us. Here goes months of waiting. And this is coming from their co-founder, so I guess it's official and may be final. I'll wait another day for a response before labeling them as fraud, but from the looks of it they are not intending to catch up with everyone.

That is both unfortunate and disturbing, to say the least. Did they give you any reason as to why not?

You said they provided you with a detailed breakdown of discrepancies?

They did not give such luxury to us. All we got was a document with one table - with our earnings month by month and adjusted earnings as per audit. Our earnings reported in the document are much smaller than those that were reported on the ad server (and we took screenshots a few months back, so we have the evidence) and then they adjust it by slashing another $15k. Turns out not only they do not owe us $19k, it's us who owe them $3k.

I asked to explain the discrepancies over a recorded phone call or over email, so I would have it documented. I have expressed that what they are doing is fraud and I will go public with the story. I also demanded to pay at least a part of their debt. All requests were ignored.

Instead they sent us a cease and desist letter, threatening to sue us and seize our assets (domain name) if we ever went public with the story.

I will not comment further for now as I seek legal advice. I wish I never knew of Ology. What a horror.

Wow, that's harsh. I'm sorry you have to go through all that. Fortunately, our discrepancies weren't very large...maybe few hundred dollars.

Hopefully, they get their systems straightened out so this kind of thing doesn't happen again.

    Good luck!

    Hi guys,

I'm wondering if any of you guys have Ology's new address? I know they are no longer on W 37th St. Did anyone happen to have the address in any of your email threads with them?

Former employee here who is trying to file suit in small claims for payroll that was due LAST AUGUST. I just need the address so I can get all the paperwork in and done. And I can tell you for a fact, don't believe that Ology has any intentions of doing right by you. During my time there, I was ordered to lie to publishers on a regular basis. After my employment, I spent over 6 months hounding, talking to their lawyer, negotiating a settlement...only to receive an email saying that they "can not do this right now" and have never heard anything since.

If anyone has that address, it would be much appreciated. I will also let you guys know how it goes in small claims court.

One more scammed publisher here. They owe me money since JULY 2011, over 18k$. After their changes to reports it is about 12k$ now, but we all know they took that money from us.

They don't answer mails at all and don't call back on phone calls.

I did lawyer up and I hope I will collect my earnings.

Wow wow so glad I saw this.

So I've been with Ology since November 2011, originally only running their pop under ad. In December we signed onto their publishing network, we we're expecting a pay out in the end of April which never came. After having to hound them for answers and responses we were told, May 12th and they sent us that same spiel about about "Auditing" and how their was a glitch in the impressions being serviced blah blah..which I believe is COMPLETE BS. Putting that aside, they sent us a payment schedule of the almost 2k they owe us from November until April, broken up between May and July. I was supposed to be issued a payment may 12th..didn't happen, after calling up and raising hell, they followed up with an email saying May 31st a payment would be issued. June 4th they followed up and assured me payment had been sent and if not, they asked for my paypal as a back up plan. I'm writing this right now before I go check my mail box and see if there's a payment..I'll be back.

Can someone private message me contact to their marketing director, VPs etc. thanks
