Old User Returning

I was randomly browsing the web when I stumbled back across here and boy am I glad I am back! Its been about a year since I was last active here and I must say a lot has changed - for the better! Anyway, I have a free eBook I want to give away to all you great users - should I offer it up the General IM Chat? or where would be the best place for it?
