    This title "Old Trials" sounds about right but it doesn't help you with SEO because no-one's searching for old trials. Just turn this text into an interesting logo. The site will look better. And make your index page a bit busier. Have more than one featured program, featured categories, review excerpts, etc. Breath some more life into it.

    needs more work on the design and i take it that you are romanian its Menu not Meniu :)
