Old SEO tool I'm Trying To Find

I used to have a seo tool that allowed you to enter your URL and your keyword, then it would use several datacenters to make inquires to the search engines and make your site (related to other sites for your search term. This was a few years ago, but it worked at the time.

I just thought about it, but could not remember the name.

If somebody knows what I am talking about, does this method still work?
