Buying Old school video game...could be made in HTML5 - $200

    Hi, I would like you to make me a short 2d video game. I created all the (sprites) Graphics arts and animation. The game consist of only 5 levels: 4 of them are like streets of rage simple side scroling, and the other one like a mega man stage. All so I have 6-7 bonus stages. They all very but are similar to street fighter 2 break the car bonus.There are 7 playable charecters and 22 bad guys. The pay is $200
