I have a question about a blog i have. The blog itself is about a year old and has a PR3. Ive tried to add another page (ie http://www.mysite.com/new-category/) and added a whole new wordpress installation for this part of the site. Will google treat this as a new site or will it treat it as a new page on my old site.

I think for Google it's doesn't matter is it the new website or same website new page. Every page has it's PR and are indexing in Google by it's content. So If your blog has PR3 and if you don't have thousands of links in it you will give domain/category/ a 1.5PR, of course if you put a link in the blog to domain/category/. Well I'm not 100% sure about this, but as I'm working now it happens like I'm sayin'.
