On the 25th of March the forum had 117 (I'm #114) registered users and Compar got caught accessing the forums 6 AM and was posting like a mad man judging from the next snapshot whilst VS was worried about getting her picture displayed and Owlcroft wasn't quite the mod rewrite expert he is now...

Seems like Shawn had been playing with the idea for quite a while...

 

We must capture the first week or month of development somehow so we can see who the founders were (of the present forum)

That is interesting, but not as interesting as the first month of the new forum, the one you are on now ST.

ST why did you get in before the 1 year was up, man we HAVE to accept you now

 

My former partner told me about this forum about 10 months ago and how cool it was. my response was "whatever, I am a member of way too many forums already". 4 months later I finally made it here and I'd never be the same again

 

What were you like before coming here then? Not sure we want to know though

 

TOPS, can you sort the member list for those who joined the first month, from March, 4th, 2004

Then we can see how many of those are still here

 

Just sort by join date ascending and look in the last visit cell to see whether they're active or not.

 

I missed the opening by 3 months. By then the keyword tracker was pulling in hundreds of members including myself.

 

Aye, that pesky Keyword Tracker got me too! Still this one of the most useful forums that I'm a member of.

Bottom line is that I came here somehow just for the forum, never knew about any tools and still don't really use them, just a forum nut really.

..Been using the keyword tracker since at least oct 2003 (thats the oldest keyword I can find) - The tracker was launched in Oct 2003 I think
