Old domain lost new one same site. Little help please.

    I think this is best asked here...

    I had a domain that expired before I renewed it some one bought it..

    So I bought a new domain name but am using the same layout as my 1st domain.

    Will the search engines see this as a copy cat site...

    my 1st domain name which was bought was offered back to me at the low cost of $2000.00 ya right...

    Any way any help will help thanks..

    Those two sites are EXACTLY the same. Take a little time to change some of the wording in there (which should only take a couple hours) and you should be fine. The way it is... I would 303 one of the sites to the other.
