old cooking related site going cheap

    I've had this site for a long time. http://www.boutik-kreol.com
    I set it up a few years back. For the past year, it's been in decline. I used to make about $500 a quarter on it. Now, it's under $100 a quarter. Used to be over 100 uniques a day (back in Oct05), now maybe a dozen.

    I bought the site about two years ago, but it has a history going back to 2001. AS far as I can tell, it's always been a cooking-theme site. It needs renovating, but I'm not going to be focusing on this site so it's better to just sell.

    I'm going to set a low BIN, $250. Just want to move it out of my portfolio.

    Yea, that's because I got the server back up. Part of the reason I'm selling too is to clear out some stuff off that server so I don't have to get yet another server.
