OKPay questionable

I would like to share with all about OKPay's questionable operations. I have requested my noney to be transfered since almost a month ago and they did wired transfered the monies out of my OKPay account but it was never received in my bank account and support does not respond and when it finally does they are prompt to offer to find your money for additional fees and about a month later your money will show up back not in your bank account but in your account with OKPay still. By this time you have lost 40% of the monies and still not have it in your hand. I guess I've been taken by this conpany with a good online site and good option of services, but not true.

I haven't really tried OKPay much, but by the looks of it ..Seems like your bank had issues with receiving that transaction probably due to wrong bank info provided or something.
Since you said the money showed up back again in your OKPay account, then it doesn't make sense that they were purposely trying to rip you off. The money that got taken away is the bank wire fee's. All online payment services will never pay the fee's for you (unless they say so for some countries).

However, that is just simply a guess provided that you have not told any details nor shown any reply from their support to back up the story.

Good luck, hope you get your money

Lol, okpay and uwcfs.com is realy questionable
Friday i checked my account and they made a mistake they loaded my OKpay debitcard ( = uwcfs Quick card) with 5 times the amount i loaded it with!

After i informed them about this, they thanked me for being honest by blocking my debitcard, isn't that nice.

Yes, I find it difficult to believe that their intention is to plainly rip me off but I confirmed my bank information and it was entered correctly. What I was able to find out that they sent the money to another OKPay account to which I have no association and not only did they charge me the wire fee plus other fees for $39.00 dllrs to recuperate the moneys back to my okpay account and still never made it to my bank account I still dont have my money. Worst of all they do not respond to my support tickets nor emails the lack of communication is what makes it very bad. I'm willing to understand that there might have been a mistake somewhere but they just dont respond. I really dont understand that actitude it is far from profesional.

Yazz point was right saying OKPAY make wire transfers using bank details you provide them with. You should note, banks complete millions of payments every day and refund them even if you made a tiny mistake(it's enough to point wrong number or letter).

And about crediting another wallet - hey how did you find this out? as if so, this person the one your money was credited to, should be a stranger for you and got no idea who you are. You sure you dont mess anything up? I dont think this question will be ignored if referred to company support. THey got UK phone number and skype with managers working for you, noone's fault is if its morning for them and night for you. I work with them, am from Vilnius myself, yeah agree sometimes I may not get a prompt reply but will always get an e-mail from them within one day. Christmas and New year's holidays was a bit hard though, but still its fine, the same holds true everywhere.

Has anybody out there done their due diligence on OKPAY, uwcfs.com, uwcfx.com etc from a business point of view?
This is all nicely setup through Cypress and BVI shells at a first glance (for good reasons, no problems with that), but I need to understand more about their back ground and the principal(s) involved here.

Any input on their history and principals would be much appreciated (please PM me, if you don't feel comfortable posting in public).

As i said before, have been working with OKPAY for more than half a year and as far as I know, this is a newly set company. I got their card and I accept payments for my business with them as well - I like it, everything is well

blah blah, just wanted to load my card with webmoney till i see
Well their debitcard just became useless to me, since i have no clue of how to get a Initial Passport on webmoney.

No webmoney and if you want to use alertpay it takes 1 to 2 months waiting time.

okpay looks way better then that it realy is
