    Hi,
I use LR,WMZ and paypal. Now the problem is only paypal allow to withdraw in local indian bank. For the rest of LR and WMZ.I dont get good exchanger to paypal.
I have account okpay.I saw they allow to add money from LR and WMZ.And you can withdraw that money from your account via there debit card in ATM.

This is there service charges for debit card:
    https://www.okpay.com/en/services/debit-card/fees.html

I am kind a newbie in this case, can you tell me,is it costly.need your views on this.
I need to pay 14$ for receiving charges of debit card.5$ for loading money.

I yet to use okpay debit card, yeah the fees are high but you can withdraw your money from OKPAY through this card. Not many payment processors offers debit card.

I would avoid it, loading the card can take up to 1 day, okpay even puts funds on hold for 1 to 2 months, and support doesn't like to reply at all.
