I have done the following: 1) Angela/Paul building link method 2) Submission to 1500 dirs 3) Submission to Yahoo dir $299 4) Link Wheel 5) Created articles within the blog of the website and linked the keywords to the homepage. 6) All blog posts notifies hundreds of ping networks and submits to facebook/twitter/myspace etc. Site is only 2 months optimized and domain is about 2 months old, placement is on the 1st page on google/bing/yahoo. What else would you guys suggest to reach the #1 rank in such a quick period of time instead of 3-6 months?
maybe article submissions might help? It's a bit lengthier but it's a definite method for extra backlinks that can sometimes have a continued positive effect on your site.
I second the blog commenting, once you find blogs related to your topic that are dofollow it quick and easy to leave a few related comments.
Well Idk i have seen yahoo around but idk i guess they are starting to become outdated. I mean i remember when AOL was the only search engine i used because i thought they were the gold standard. Now i only use google. i used yahoo on occasions but they need a niche or somthing because yahoo is killed them out there but i would say yes too because they have about 8-10% market Share on at times. They need to promote Yahoo More.
Get more dofollow link anchored with keywords (multiple) pointing to your inner pages from high PR pages.
