Okay, I created a website..

    Obviously, it's a forum. I used the free phpbb with a free template and made my own logo. I don't really want to moderate a forum, I basically did this to sell.

    Can I sell it as is? Is there more I should do first? What would you all do?

    Sure , you off course could sell it right now since you have time vested in it.

    Now as far as price goes you might get a bit less since the site is new,

    To improve the overall value of the site more, having traffic and income would be a plus,

    I guess it would all depend on what you are looking to get from the site,

    Sure you could sell it but who is going to buy it? Usually people want a fourm that is active and has traffic. I mean if you really want to sell it i'm sure someone out there will want it.
