    I don't think it is against the TOS. I have seen this kind of ad placements in the directories.

    theres nothing wrong with that... google adsense only show 3 ads per page..

    In my opinion, the bottom ad is too close to the test box and the "Browse" button. I would expect a lot of accidental click from that setup.

    I agree - and although having the ads too close to the search box is in itself not against the TOS (is it?) - see below, it IS against the TOS.. all those accidental clicks will end up SmartPricing your account to nothing.. a fate worse than being banned..

    its a proxy site, I will just put affiliates there for more traffic
