OK, what will the DP forum look like in 5 years?? :)

I still remember the DP forum's outlay looking like a regular phpBB forum (horrible gray-green shades). Then I was gone for a year, came back and lo and behold it looked like nothing it did before!

So... what do you think it will look like in 5 years?

 

I'd easily predict the doomsday compared to this . Whatever it will be in coming 5 year, I'm sure that I will not remember how it currently looks like in the same way I am finding it hard to remember how it used to look just a few months back.

even i was off for 1 year...vb was upgraded thats what i noticed...

 

It will have more n00bs thanks to the spread of broadband . More spam and more mods .

I think currently nothing is wrong with DP, there is no down server due to loads of traffic. But i am loving it for now and bet there will be some huge changes in coming years. They are more concern than our talking.

 

Trying to predict what will happen in 5 years time in cyberspace to a site is nearly impossible.

 

Like an easily accessible, virtual Minority Report?

 

DP will be down in 5 years if a better forum comes up. Too many noobs out there and the service section is just a nightmare now.

 

I think DP looks Very Rocks and cool for next coming 5 years..

I think they will keep it the same as it looks now Unless they sell to AOL It doesn't need to look any different it looks fine the way it is, i wish i could jump into a time machine and type forums.digitalpoint.com and see what comes up

Who or what will be next? Will Google be unseated finally?

Someone recently noted that the younger generation uses the internet differently than my generation did. They hang out on Facebook, and they don't surf much, only doing searches on YouTube and the like. We surfed and surfed and surfed. That's all changing.
