Ok what is the point of sponsored blog posts?

    There is an obsession (I was part of it for a couple weeks) of sponsoring blog posts on high PR sites. But then after a short period of time the post falls of the front page to a PR0 archive.

    So what is the point of a high PR blog when your post is destined for PR0?
