Ok to use subdomain?

I have the main website set up as http://www.plusplustutoring.com and a regional website: http://raleigh.plusplustutoring.com
Is it ok to use subdomain like that?

What about it having the same structure as the domain site? And using images from domain site? And many links to domain site? That is what worries me.

 

you can use everything from the main domain except the content.., you can use images, template and other flash contents if it has......., but don't copy the same content as main domain..,

 

it's not bad. even opposite - it can help to improve rank of main site

 

It is ok but Google will see it as a different site.
