Ok so now what?

I have been running the my system for a few days.
I am getting a 6.25% conversion rate which is paying about $3.50 a lead. (This CTR is probably slightly higher there was one way out day).

On the Adword front I am paying on average of .36 CPC. CTR is .37. So I am in the hole. I wanted to test thing to make sure all is working and it is.

So now I need to either raise conversion rate, raise click rate AND lower my bids.

I have starting to add lots of keywords to try to find some with a lower cost.

The question is - what else should I be doing?

For example, which KWs should I be cutting? Low CTR? Low Conversion? Low Impression?
I know I should, but I am not tracking which KWs are converting yet. What is a quick solution for that? Is anyone using Tracking202 or is there a script I can buy and be done with it.

Thanks in advance for your help

I'm working with only organic traffic, it's free! I totally recomend it... I started with a PPC campaign at first, which got very expensive. With organic traffic you can just avoid that and also the potential for click fraud, etc. The SEO forum here is packed full of valuable information. Best of luck.

You can use a free tracking tool like hexa or make a separate ad group for each keyword. Using affiliate program report you'll see which keywords convert best.
Try another traffic sources - spend $5 for two or three other PPC. Sometimes second tier PPC can give you more leads than big google...
