What kind of site should I make? I want to be able to sell links on my website for Price-Per-Week or something, but whenever I think of any ideas for a website, they never develop. Can you guys help me out with some ideas?

    :D:D:D cheers

Pick a niche you truly enjoy.
Your actual interest will make your work even better :)

    Well

writing is what bloggers do, and you said that's what your good at.

I guess knowing html, php, and seo could help...

but if you really knew SEO, than you'd probably have more people viewing the blogs you start up anyways.

    Trust me I do.
But blogging just isn't my thing I guess
Maybe a forum? That'd be fun.

Get into affiliate marketing and develop a website around a certain offer. Create plenty of quality content centered around the keywords you research so you can start driving natural traffic to your site - the numbers will give you sales.

Well, I don't think someone will be interested in buying text links for a week or two. But if you build a nice site and get a lot of backlinks and a good PR, you will be able to sell monthly links for some good money.
Just be patient and work hard.

    Good luck!

Create a site that shares your knowledge and allows others to share back (helps grow content for your site). Then you can reap the benefits via ads. I don't like the business models of selling links. Unless you can warrant $6000 a month on your entire network of sites like the big boy sites, it isn't worth it. Charging 5,10,even 25 per link at 25 links is chump change so focus on large cash. Like content that warrents large google payouts per click.

Well what you can do is offer your services (free for a limited time, paid) to people who need it. Such as a freelancer. Many people do it and they are happy with what they do, mentally and financially.
Or you can just wait for the right oportunity to grab a great idea, but this takes time. But if you said you have great experience with SEO, you can choose any idea of website, and make it big. Rank well in google... It's only up to you...

If you're a good writer, have experience in PHP, HTML and SEO, why are you looking for advice? You are supposed to know how to make sites (PHP+HTML), promote them (SEO) and make them interesting for visitors (writing).
So... just sign up with AdSense or affiliate programs and make money :)
