First at all you need to do a interesting site for the people, nobody would visit your site twice if if this doesn't have something interesting to see.
Also you can use the right keywords in your site, I mean that you have to include some words that make your site more visible in the SEO.
Others technics you can use are:

-Write articles.
-Promote your website online and offline.
-Include some kind of game or contest to make the visitor more interested.

 

Buy some adwords vouchers on DP and use that.
