Um I could have a great first week at something because I know what I am doing. Don't buy all of those stories that this person made a killing in their first week. It all depends on your knowledge and skill set. Emails are all about swipes and conversion rates, not to mention relationship building. I don't care what this gig is..... No one gives out there email and says "please send me all the emails you can so that I can just buy buy buy". We all wish that would happen but it doesn't! Look making money online is a business. I know you may have been pulled in by the old "push button can't fail make thousands with little effort" Garbage, but that is just what that is. I can tell you how to make money with no website or hosting but you will need an autoresponder that has hosted web-forms. It will also cost you $60 to a market place to sell in and some cash for PLR but it is possible. Again your success will depend on your sales copy skills and your ability to convert prospects into sales. I don't know how to make money out of nothing though.

If you don't already know fiverr is a place where you offer to do something for someone (and this can range from selling a plr ebook to writing articles for them, basically you can offer to do anything you want) and when someone orders your gig you will do what you promised them and then get paid $5. Its a nice idea, but I think $20 (or $40) is really a small price to pay for launching a WSO. I think it is relatively easy to recoup $40 (if anyone is launching a product, I really hope it is good enough to release and earn the money back). Imagine if your WSO makes $1000. Would you really be willing to give away that $500 because you didn't want to lose out on $20? Just my thoughts...
