Ok, if you are with blogger do a quick google search for free blogger templates or free blogger themes and search for one until you like the layout then download it. Contact me via private message after you get one and I will help you put it on your blog, talk you through it. Now the main point is to fill your blog with quality unique content, also you need targeted traffic that will be interested in your blog and therefore hopefully get you adsense clicks. You will need to start building backlinks. Also you should do some keyword research to see what kind of phrases people are typing in to find topics that are related to your blog, that way you can target these keywords and steal some of searches that are looking for your type of information anyway. Get searching for those templates.
